Have you cleaned the grinder lately? Avoid using dark roast beans with oil on the surface. It does not make good espresso and not good for fully automatic models. The oily grounds do not move smooth and stick easily. The grinder should be cleaned every 4 to 6 weeks. More frequently when oily beans are used.
