  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Services Unlimited, Inc./Parts Guru ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all over the world with the exception of the country of Israel (customers from Israel are encouraged to provide us with a US address of a friend of a relative to ship their order to and then forwarded onto Israel). Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, INCLUDING all return shipping if the need arises. Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THEIR OWN LOCAL DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOM DOCUMENTATION FEES, WHICH ARE NOT COVERED IN THIS SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED ON THIS SHOPPNIG CART. These costs are billed and payed directly through the carrier. The risk of loss or damage in shipping is governed by terms and claims processing procedures of the carrier.

  • At this time, Services Unlimited, Inc./Parts Guru offers its international customer the option of choosing to ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and/or United Parcel Service (UPS). We also are able to use TNT Carrier Service to ship packages to international locations.

    • International shipping with USPS (United States Postal Service) is only via Priority Mail International and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery at the destination. With this method of shipping for international orders, there are NO local duties/taxes and/or customer documenation fees charged at the receipt of the order in the country of destination but there is no tracking number/information provided with this method of shipment.
    • Interenationl shipping with UPS (United Parcel Service) does not include local duties/taxes and/or custom documentation fees that are charged to the customer upon receiving the order at their doorstep. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE FEES; UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SERVICES UNLIMITED, INC./PARTS GURU COVER THERE CHARGES. UPS provides tracking information for the orders which is supplied to the customers and ships according to the service selected by the customer.
    • Interenationl shipping with FedEx does not include local duties/taxes and/or custom documentation fees that are charged to the customer upon receiving the order at their doorstep. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE FEES; UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SERVICES UNLIMITED, INC./PARTS GURU COVER THERE CHARGES. FedEx provides tracking information for the orders which is supplied to the customers and ships according to the service selected by the customer.
    • International shipping with TNT can also be chosen by the customers, which does provide a tracking number for the package. TNT does not release packages from customs unless the local taxes/duties and/or custom documentation fees are paid by the customer once the package reaches the country of destination at the airport. TNT then mails a form to the customer's shipping address within the country stating the duties and taxes/custom documentation fees that the customer must pay in order to release the package (customers are usually required to fill out a form including their credit card information and mail it back to where it came from). Upon receiving that form back COMPLETED and accepting payment, the package is released to be delivered to the customer. Depending on where the package is going in the world, this can take upto a week and a half or more for delivery.


  • Sales Tax

  • Services Unlimited, Inc./Parts Guru charges 6% sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Pennsylvania. A re-sale licence ID is required for PA sales tax exemption. Our invoices and shipping charges on international orders do NOT included local duties and/or taxes, as well as customer documentation fees in the country of destinaltion.
