The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • PLEASE READ our Terms and Conditions below before placing an order.

    • Elana Enterprises LLC./Parts Guru ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
    • Sale of all electrical and voltage sensitive items is deemed FINAL and NON-RETURNABLE.
    • In case your package is lost/damaged during transit, it is solely the buyers responsibility to file the claim with USPS (United States Postal Service) or FedEx.  Elana Enterprises LLC./Parts Guru is/will NOT be held financially liable or responsible for any items damaged during transit. If your order is lost/damaged in transit, you will not be issued a refund.  Tracking number is emailed to the email address provided during check out process and will be emailed as soon as the order is shipped.
    • We strive to ship all online orders received before 12 PM Eastern Standard Time within 2 business days from the date order is received.  However, orders volume at times, specially over the weekend, can be overwhelming. Therefore, most In-Stock items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the order date. USPS orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive order shipping confirmation once the items is picked up by FedEx/USPS.
    • FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day orders are shipped the same day IF the order is placed by 12 PM Eastern Standard Time, subject to item availability. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the next business day.  Please note business day does not include federal holidays or weekends.
    • In transit times are provided by FedEx or USPS and are based on business days. Parts Guru does NOT guarantee transit times. "In Transit" times are determined by the carrier and are only estimates.
    • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs involved with defective merchandise.
    • All returns/refunds for undamaged merchandise are subject to 25% restocking fee.  Return merchant autorization is required to return parts.  Restocking fee will be waived only when the parts are being exchanged with another of equal or greater value merchandise.


  • International
  • Elana Enterprises LLC./Parts Guru offers its international customers the option of choosing to ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and/or FedEx).

    • International shipping with USPS (United States Postal Service) is via Priority Mail and USPS First Class International. Please note shipment via USPS can take up to 3 to 5 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination. We will provide tracking number for tracking the package. Local duties/taxes/tariffs/custom documentation fee are sole responsibility of the recipient/purchaser. Local duties/taxes/tariffs/custom documentation fee is NOT included in the shipping cost calculated by the shopping cart. In addition, Parts Guru is NOT responsible for any packages lost/damaged during transit.  If item is lost/damaged, please contact local post office to file the claim. All claims must be filed by the buyer/purchaser.
    • Internationl shipping with FedEx does not include local duties/taxes and/or custom documentation fees that are charged to the customer upon receiving the order at their doorstep. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE FEES; UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ELANA ENTERPRISES LLC./PARTS GURU COVER THERE CHARGES. UPS provides tracking information for the orders which is supplied to the customers and ships according to the service selected by the customer.
    • In transit times are provided by FedEx or USPS and are based on business days. Elana Enterprises LLC./Parts Guru does NOT guarantee transit times. "In Transit" times are determined by the carrier and are only estimates.
    • All purchases to Canada and Australia from this website are final and non-returnable.  Please contact us if you are unsure whether the item will fit your beverage dispenser.  We will help you identify the correct part.  Email us with questions, send us a picture of the front of the machine as that will help technicians find the correct part for your.
    • All international sales/orders places on this website are final and non-returnable.


  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this shopping cart by using any of the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. Elana Enterprises LLC./Parts Guru reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Orders placed with incomplete or incorrect information will be subject to 25% re-stocking and shipping charges. Sale of special order items is final and advance payment made towards special order merchandise is not refundable. In case you received wrong/incorrect items, you must notify us within five days of receipt. PARTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE from Elana Enterprises LLC./Parts Guru and parts MUST be returned in their original packing complete with related manuals and original materials. No returns will be accepted without obtaining a prior authorization code from Services Unilimited, Inc./Parts Guru. Charge backs through PayPal or other credit card companies will incur in a $30.00 processing fee REGARDLESS of the out come. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and WE WILL RESOLVE IT!
