We are closed on all US public holidays.

Orders are accepted for addresses in the U.S.A. and 49 other countries. Select the country using the drop down tab when checking out with your shopping cart. Shipping costs are linked to UPS, TNT and USPS standard tariffs and do not include import duty, local taxes and carrier fee for custom documentation. Our responsibility for prompt processing of your order ends with proof of delivery to authentic carriers like UPS, FedEx and USPS and tracking information. The responsibility for lost, damaged or late delivery of packages will be that of the carrier. For shipment to countries not included in the drop down tab, please e-mail orders to us directly at sales@partsguru.com. We prefer by payment PayPal and also accept Visa, Discover and Master Cards (American Express can be used to pay through PayPal only). Payments exceeding US$500.00 invoice value must be wire transfered to our bank account. Please review our return policy before placing orders. Shipping to Countries Outside of the USA: Customers in countries outside USA should select USPS Priority Mail International for shipping. This method offers the least expensive method of shipment. The shipping charges do not include customs duty and local taxes. We are able to provide tracking information for these shipments and delivery estimates range anywhere from 14 - 21 days.
